Whether you’re new to Yoga or an experienced yogi, a good set of yoga blocks can take your exercise time to a whole new level. If you’re also budget conscious, a simple set of EVA foam-made yoga blocks can be an excellent buy. My wife recently purchased the Syntus Yoga Block and Yoga Strap Set on Amazon and she has been very pleased with the product.
