Summary

The Rep EZ Curl Barbell is available in both chrome-plated and stainless steel options. The curl bar is perfectly contoured with solid knurling that won’t rip into your hands while still providing a nice grip that’s perfect for repeated use.

Pros

  • Great knurling.
  • A near-perfect camber.
  • Stainless steel and Chrome plated options.
  • Great price point.
  • Excellent spin.

Cons

  • Nothing that has jumped out after 3 weeks of use.

The Rep EZ Curl Barbell is one of my favorite specialty bars. I suffer from some random soreness in my wrists and therefore I require a camber to most bars I utilize. . I really appreciate a semi-supinated grip that hits my biceps and triceps in a joint-friendly way and this curl bar does the trick as they claim it will.

The EZ Curl Bar is also my go-to option thanks to a knurl I find to be suitable but not overly aggressive. The bar feels incredibly good in my hands, even at the end of a long workout when my hands are killing me and I just want to call it quits.

The Rep EZ Curl Barbell also offers some decent spin with one needle bearing and one bushing per sleeve. The spin isn’t overly aggressive but still provides stability during numerous reps.
